Welcome

I am an interdisciplinary social scientist interested in the role that non-state actors like banks and corporations play in sustainability governance. My research uses ethnographic methods to explore topics like corporate sustainability, voluntary sustainability standards, and impact investing, with a strong focus on on their ethical and political dimensions. I am an assistant professor in the Department of Society Studies at Maastricht University, where I am a member of the Maastricht University Science, Technology, and Society (MUSTS) research program. I am also co-editor-in-chief of Culture, Agriculture, Food & Environment.
